If you’ve ever felt nervous on descents, struggled to find rhythm on hills, or wanted to feel more in control on technical terrain, this workshop is for you.

Join me, for a 90-minute trail running session designed to help you move efficiently and confidently on the hills.

We’ll cover:

💨 Pacing and effort management
🧠 Mindset tools for flow and confidence
