I’m so glad you’re joining — this session is designed to help you build confidence, strength, and ease on the trails while connecting with a supportive community of runners.

📅 Date: Sunday 2nd November
🕐 Time: 10:00 – 11:30am
📍 Meeting Point: Bonaly Car Park, Pentland Hills
🏃♀️ What to Bring
Trail running shoes with good grip if you have them
Comfortable running clothes suitable for the weather
Waterproof or windproof jacket
Water or soft flask
Optional: snack for after the run
🌦 Weather & Cancellation Policy
The workshop will go ahead in most weather conditions — light rain adds to the adventure!
However, if conditions are unsafe (lightning, strong winds, or severe warnings), I’ll email all participants the day before with any postponement or safety updates.
If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your place to another runner — just email me their name so I can update the list.
